Today, Abby Bergfeld from Williamsville High School is our featured 2016 senior model at Terry Farmer Photography. She was a natural in front of the camera. Here are a few of our favorite images from her session.
What do you wear for a senior portrait session? The best images are usually captured when you wear clothes that you are comfortable in and outfits that match your unique style. We recommend trying to keep things simple by picking solid colors and coordinating your wardrobe as much as possible. Remember to think all the way down to your shoes. Make sure that your clothing is clean and free of wrinkles. We welcome you to bring your own personal props such as a class ring, sports gear, hunting gear, musical instrument, hobbies, artwork, balloons, books, and your favorite scarf or hat.
Get plenty of sleep the night before. Tired and baggy eyes will show up in the final images. Girls apply your makeup the same way you would on any other day. Don’t be caught by surprise with chipped or worn out nail polish! Do your nails before your session. Guys consider getting a haircut a few days before the session. Get ready for the portrait session like you’re planning meet someone important or special. We want your image to reflect the true you!
If you know Abby, ask her about her senior session! She did a great job coordinating her clothes from head to toe.
